Ever Real Estate (“Ever,” “we,” “us”) is an independent real estate brokerage licensed in Indiana. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, everrealestate.com, and Ever OS, the private tool our agents and staff use to manage their accounts.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and agent message forms: your name, email, phone number, and anything you write in your message.
• Join Ever form: the details you share about yourself and your real estate career.
• Agent Update form (Ever agents only): profile details such as your bio, contact information, service areas, languages, social media links, and headshot.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not run analytics that follow you across other websites. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when it loads them.

Ever OS and Google accounts (Ever agents and staff only)

Ever agents and staff can sign in to Ever OS with their Google account. When you do, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. Ever OS also stores the account details our office manages for each agent, such as preferred name, phone number, real estate license number, account status, and settings.

Some Ever OS features let you connect other Google services, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or Google Drive. Ever OS asks for your permission on Google’s consent screen before it can access any of them, and it accesses only the data needed for the features you choose to use. See “Google user data” below.

How we use information

• To answer your questions and connect you with the Ever agent you contacted.
• To talk with agents who are interested in joining Ever.
• To keep agent profiles on this website accurate.
• To sign agents and staff in to Ever OS and provide the features they choose to use.
• To protect the website and our systems from misuse.
• To meet our legal, licensing, and record-keeping obligations as an Indiana brokerage.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only in these cases:

• Within Ever: a message sent to an agent goes to that agent, with a copy to Ever’s leadership so every inquiry gets a response.
• Service providers who run parts of our business for us and may use the information only to provide their services: Netlify (website hosting and forms), Google Workspace and Zapier (delivering form messages by email), Supabase (the Ever OS database), Google (sign-in, connected Google services, and fonts), and AI service providers that power Ever OS features, which may process data only to deliver those features and may not use it to train their models.
• Home search: “Search Homes” buttons take you to our agents’ RealScout search pages. RealScout’s own privacy policy applies there.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, agents, or others.
• Business changes: if Ever is involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Google user data

This section explains how Ever OS handles information it receives from your Google account (“Google user data”).

What we access

• Google sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture, used to sign you in and match you to your Ever agent account.
• Connected Google services, only if you grant access: depending on the features you use, this can include your email messages and the ability to send or draft email for you (Gmail), your calendar events and the ability to create or update them (Google Calendar), your contacts (Google Contacts), and files you choose to work with (Google Drive). Google’s consent screen shows exactly what is requested before you agree.

How we use it

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the Ever OS features you use, such as showing your messages and appointments, drafting or sending email you ask for, and organizing your client follow-up. We do not use it for any other purpose.

What we never do

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use it for advertising, including retargeting or interest-based ads.
• We do not use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending decisions.
• We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• We do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide Ever OS features you use, for security, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice to you.

Who can see it

People at Ever do not read your Google user data unless you give us permission for specific messages or files, it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required by law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Storage, security, and deletion

Google user data that Ever OS stores is kept in our Supabase database, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited by account. We keep it only while your Ever OS account is active and you keep Google access connected. You can remove Ever OS’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your stored Google user data deleted, email us at the address below and we will delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Ever OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Calls, texts, and email

The Text, Call, and Email buttons on agent pages open your own phone, messaging, or email app. Our website does not send automated texts or calls. If you message an agent directly, that conversation happens through your own carrier or email provider.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or longer if Indiana real estate rules or other laws require us to keep records. When an agent leaves Ever, we deactivate their Ever OS account and remove their profile from this website, keeping only the records we are required to keep.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people and providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
• Ever agents can update their website profile through the Agent Update page.

We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on this website.
