Katie Childress

She is knowledgeable as I am a first time home buyer and I am out of state thus I could not make it to key events such as utilities set up and inspection. She has no issues with going to key events if you give her the info. She knows her stuff about the process as well as the local area. She keeps you informed as well and is always respectful.

Katie was wonderful, she made the whole process look so simple. She’s patient, attentive and on top of that she really knows her job. … We felt encouraged and comfortable. She treated us as if we were family.
