About Jim
I’ve been helping buyers and sellers across Central Indiana since 2002. I started as a top-producing agent, learning the local market one transaction at a time, and that work led me to found Front Porch Real Estate. We grew it to 200 agents in three years, and in 2021 I sold the company to F.C. Tucker.
After the sale, I served as Vice President of Agent Growth and Development at F.C. Tucker, one of Indiana’s largest brokerages. Training and supporting agents there sharpened what I believe matters most in this business: honesty, strong negotiation, and putting the client first every time.
In 2023 I came back to what I love most, working directly with buyers and sellers. Today I lead agent development at Ever Real Estate while serving my own clients, and my approach is simple: listen to what you need, give you honest advice, and guide you through every step so you can make confident decisions.
